DELIVERY

All orders made before 3PM are sent out the same day of purchase . We send our orders via Royal Mail or Myhermes tracked 1-3 days delivery to ensure all of our customers get their parcels for when they are needed.All UK shipping is also free where as International orders are £9.

RETURNS 

We have a policy where we accept returns but must be returned in 7 DAYS this will be refunded in either a EXCHANGE OF THE ITEM IN A DIFFERENT SIZE or a CREDIT NOTE! 

The item being returned must be returned  within 7 days if you have a problem after this time period we cannot accept the return

CONDITION WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM/ITEMS

When returning an item back to is the item but have neither of these.

• Make up
• Fake tan
• Any perfume / Odour
• Any stains

WHEN RETURNING ITEMS 

if you are returning an item unfortunately as we are a small business these are not paid for in our behalf , all returns are advised to be tracked for your safety and must arrive back to us in 10 days or refund is not possible.
